Captioning: Heimlich Myself

If I'm interpreting this correctly, Hillary is so disliked at Foggy Bottom (the State Department) that she recently had to give herself the Heimlich when she started choking during a banquet. The other nearby State Department officials watched amused. . . and threw shrimp at her.

    Maybe that's why they were throwing shrimp? If the dress got dirty, she'd need new clothes? :-)
