And then there is this...

Now that it is apparent that ABC has become the new All Barack Company with their upcoming new show "Live from the East Room, It's Barack Obama". NBC has also jumped on board as a'Nother Barack Company with the appointment of Tom Brokaw to the President's Commission on White House Fellowships. Of course his appointment was just days after President Obama's star turn in "Inside the Obama White House". However, much to President Obama's consternation, there is least one station that has not been so easily taken in.

WARNING: You are now entering a Full Spin Zone...

I'm guessing Fox News won't be getting any invitations to the White House Christmas Party (or coup whichever comes first).

Ha! Loved the coup part, if only.

Bev, I saw this live and I don't mind telling you that I find myself quite irate. What an a~hole!! Both of them! Obama is still attacking his enemies, just like all good fascists do, and Harwood can hardly contain his desire to drop to his knees and worship his new lord and master.

Cry me a river. He has one station (one, mind you) where there is fairly critical reporting. How would he have survived in President Bush's shoes where he had EVERY station critical? EVERY moment of EVERY day?

This guy is such a cry-baby. It's become almost impossible for me to even listen to him. I feel like I'm listening to a teenager who's not getting his way. If he thinks it's bad now, give it another 3 months. Things will get worse, especially with him in charge. The next time he's interviewed he might start crying and stamp his feet.

I'm sorry, I know this is dead horse territory, but really, if Bush had had FOX broadcast from the Oval Office (because undoubtedly they'd be the only ones willing to take him up on the offer)....rioting in the streets, I tell you! Fascist dictator, suppression of free speech, fifth column....you name it. And yet, Obama smacks a fly and they automatically applaud. Seriously, they will never let the bubble burst.

When the big clean up comes in 2010 we need to use our purchase power to work getting the Network minds right. We are an incredibly powerful constituency look at the numbers at the Tea Parties. We can make real change as with David Letterman, the Olive Garden is the most recent company to drop advertising on Letterman. Pull the purse strings the rest will follow.

StlDan: Unfortunately, I think the coup will be against us...

Andrew: You were irate and I was just stunned. It is fascinating that he goes on and on about how open and honest and transparent and accessible he's been when really the only thing he has been is visible. He answers no spontaneous questions. Those he does answer are only from vetted sources, even in his press conferences and "townhall" meetings. His speeches are vague and broad. And as far as transparent, umm, his administration so far has been openly opaque kind of like a frosted window. You know the lights on, but it's not any clearer than before.

Writer X: He has ONE station, ONE that asks any "hard" questions, except the kicker is, he won't allow them to ask any questions!

JG: Our Dear Leader is now "The Lord of the Flies"!

StanH: Absolutely! We have got to keep the pressure on. We have the power and we must keep reminding our elected officials and the MSM that they work for us. It's not the other way around. And the next Tea Party, at least in NYC, is July 1. Check your local group for the next date in your area is!

I just can't watch anymore. I'll cry.

SQT - Please don't cry. There is a bright side. Obama's approval rating is now around 54%, so we are not alone. Maybe the koolaid is wearing off too.
