CNN Proves Anti-Muslim Radicalization

In late March, CNN religion editor Dan Gilgoff exposed the dangers of the King "radicalization hearings" and anti-sharia legislation by telling a tale of a mosque in Michigan that was nearly blown up by a native radicalized Islamaphobe. Roger Stockham, a Californian, drove to Dearborn after boasting to his friends that he was going to bomb a mosque.

One small problem with the story. Gilgoff hadn't even bothered to read an earlier report from the leftist fellow-traveling AP which surprisingly described the would-be bomber as "a Vietnam veteran-turned Muslim holy warrior." Gilgoff led off his wild sermon on Islamophobia with "In a key American Muslim enclave, alienation is growing." Muslims are apparently feeling more and more isolated as bigoted Americans plan violence against innocent followers of the religion of peace. He told how Stockham was stopped just in time and arrested outside the Dearborn Islamic Center of America (ICA) with explosives in his car.

And lest you think that Gilgoff had a viewpoint of his own, he brought on Kassem Allie, executive administrator of the ICA to explain the situation. Said Allie: "The suspect was apparently radicalized quite some time ago, and there are other instances of radicalization that are of great concern to us." Gilgoff then says simply that "Muslims are under attack." So CNN has now produced a news/editorial report that proves that Islamophobic Americans are being radicalized to the point of bombing all because of the angry rhetoric of those not of the Islamic persuasion.

This actually is the truth of a potential attack on a mosque being turned inside-out for the purpose of demonizing precisely the wrong people. This has nothing to do with "Islamophobia" and everything to do with the ongoing sectarian violence within Islam itself. A Detroit restaurant manager testified to Stockham having bragged to him about the plot and telling him that he (Stockham) had become a Muslim and joined the mujahedeen. Stockham's own attorney called Stockham an "Islamic convert." That was his second attorney. Stockham had dismissed his first attorney because "he is a Shiite, and I am not." The earlier AP story pointed out that Stockham spoke fluent Arabic and quoted from the Koran.

This internal fighting has been going on for fifteen hundred years, and is neither "recent" nor "native American radicalization." Every time some crazed religionist tries to blow up an airplane while shouting "Allahu akbar," the MSM and the Obama White House admonish us not to rush to judgment about the motivation of the terrorist. But when somebody attempts to blow up a mosque, the MSM chatter immediately knows that it's a bigoted and radicalized native American, preferably a fundamentalist Christian. So what is Gilgoff's excuse? He produced and narrated this story two months after the AP had already identified the bomber and his religious affiliation." A half-truth is still a lie.

LawHawk,

With these lies and the policy of not recognizing the dangers of Islam, a lot of people will get killed. It will be shown to be entirely preventable. Short term, narrow sighted false gain, leads to long term pain.

Here is something else most people don't get. What good is it to to lie about Islam? Too many people now know the score.

Joel: We still have a whole lot of people who refuse to face reality and stare truth in the face. We have at least one, possibly two full generations of drones who have been taught multi-culti nonsense that equates criticism with racism. And of course there's that segment of the population that would never harm a fly and simply can't believe that anyone else would either. The latter are referred to as "cannon-fodder."

Joel: I knew you couldn't be referring to me, since I always tell the truth, in one way or another. LOL

Hawk
Why don't we make known that most Americans at one time or another have cooked bacon or grilled pork. That means we have put into the air and of course they would settle to the ground an untold amount of pork fat molecules. This would of course mean that by our raising, slaughtering and cooking of pork we have inadvertently contaminated the whole country. All of the land mass is polluted by pork and therefore uninhabitable by the muslim hordes.
We have a non problem here the only short coming is our failure to publicize the conditions here.

LawHawk, I'm a little confused here. Was this Stockham guy trying to blow up the Dearborn mosque because it wasn't radical enough??

As far as Gilgoff goes, this ought to be thrown in his face and kept there until he resigns or is forced out.

superb job of bringing yet another example of jaundiced journalism to light, Hawk. I get a kick out of all these libs who get their collective panties in a bunch over Fox news when it is so much worse (the bias) on nbc and cnn. According to a recent article (I can't remember where) our boy Zbigniew Brzenski sewed the seeds of the radicalism in Asia when he imported Wahabism there to give the Soviets fits.

Tehachapi Tom: I'm sure that somewhere in the Koran and Hadiths there are instructions on how to cleanse the infidel's land of impure things so that the caliphate can send its agents in. Almost any commandment in the "holy books" can be broken if its specific purpose is to honor Allah, praise the prophet, and kill the infidels. Suicide, for instance, is forbidden, unless (you know the rest).

Tennessee: Fox News is far from perfect, but it tries to get some balance, and is willing to have legitimate opposition dispute its news items and editorials. Their fact-checkers would never have allowed a complete distortion of facts like this to become a big "news" item. That CNN piece is beneath the level of elementary school investigation and ethics standards.

On the other hand, I'm not surprised to find that Z-Big is behind all the trouble in the Middle East. LOL

T_Rav: The truth is it doesn't matter. If the mosque used the wrong shape screen to keep the women away from the men, that would be sufficient to justify a bloodbath.

Let's see, CNN giving out false information to make it appear that Americans are attacking Muslims. Yep, sounds like par for the course.

Andrew: I was shocked. I counted on the brainchild of the former Mr. Jane Fonda to give me the straight skinny. Where is Keith Olbermann when we need him?
