Nice! They did that to Germany in 1918 and that worked really well!

AndrewPrice said...

oh... wait.

T-Rav said...

Cain really needs to invoke Netanyahu here. No one would dare call him naive.

AndrewPrice said...

Santorum misses the point.

T-Rav said...

Jeez, is Paul indirectly coming to Cain's aid here? Huh.

T-Rav said...

Andrew, shhh. History obviously ain't some of these guys' strong suit.

AndrewPrice said...

T-Rav, Nothing is some of these people's strong suits.

AndrewPrice said...

I've got a title for the summary already and surprisingly it doesn't have any swearing in it.

I just got back. Did I hear Paul agree that we shouldn't negotiate with terrorists, but that it would be OK in the Al Qaeda situation because they're not terrorists?

T-Rav said...

Hmmm, I wonder if we'll be seeing Leo DiCaprio in drag, then?

DCAlleyKat said...

When I liste to Ron Paul I feel like I should go get out my hippie beads and leathers!

T-Rav said...

LawHawk, you sound surprised by that.

AndrewPrice said...

Lawhawk, Turn off your TV now... protect your memory of these fools as competent.

AndrewPrice said...

DC, Paul is 90% right, but the 10% is a real killer.

I also just got a chance to look at my taped early portions of this debate. Is it a debate, or a barroom brawl? I like genuine disagreement, but shouting doesn't make your point any more valid.

T-Rav said...

No, Mississippi's not burning. Actually, it's kind of chilly and rainy right now, and...oh, I see what you did there, you did a thing, right?

DCAlleyKat said...

I know Andrew< I was a right on hippie!

T-Rav said...

Um, Rick? I think you're forgetting this year called 2006...

AndrewPrice said...

Wikipedia:

Santorum was defeated 59% to 41% in the 2006 U.S. Senate election by Democratic candidate Bob Casey, Jr.

Rick Santorum said...

And then I lost, but that's not important. I'm still the most electable.

AndrewPrice said...

DC, Really? Peace man! :)

T-Rav said...

Ding ding ding! Round...uh, I've lost count.

AndrewPrice said...

That was a softball... Perry set himself up for that.

T-Rav said...

Can we just get a room for these two? I mean really.

T-Rav said...

LawHawk, to answer your question, this is one step away from a barroom brawl. Romney vs. Perry and Cain vs. everyone else.

AndrewPrice said...

Perry's campaign manager needs to throw in the towel before Perry physically dies from this pounding.

DCAlleyKat said...

Texas Two Step vs. Massachusettes Minuet...

DCAlleyKat said...

I have a horrible cold so excuse my lack of spelling finesse...LOL!

AndrewPrice said...

the Olympics are not Main Street

T-Rav said...

Yes, Bachmann is certainly the most different candidate, in several ways.

AndrewPrice said...

Newt just made a great point about CNN, BUT look at the people who jumped right at the chance.

T-Rav said...

Seven three-hour debates? I don't think the sockpuppets could handle that.

AndrewPrice said...

T-Rav, I wasn't going to say that, but yep.

AndrewPrice said...

T-Rav, We'd have to hire more sockpuppets.

EPIC FAIL said...

This debate was ME.

AndrewPrice said...

That stunk.

DCAlleyKat said...

yout title of the debate Andrew?

T-Rav said...

Oh yes, I forgot. What's your working title, or are you going to make us wait until the morning?

AndrewPrice said...

DC: "Clowns to the Left of Me, Jokers to the Right"

Joel Farnham said...

I was right. Same as the last. Oh well.

T-Rav said...

I know that one! "Here I Am, Stuck In The Middle With You..." Right?

AndrewPrice said...

Gloria Borger just got something right -- that Cain responded will to the attacks.

AndrewPrice said...

T-Rav, That's the one, but I'm going with the clowns and jokers line because they really came across like clowns tonight.

T-Rav said...

So yeah, I'm still trying to figure out who "won" this turd. Probably Romney and Cain, again. Cain took some hits, but he still came out looking good, and Romney still looks presidential while also tousling with others at times. Perry, I think, is just about destroyed. He looked like a child up there at times.

T-Rav said...

Well, I don't like to do this, but I'm gonna have to put away the sockpuppets and get off this thread. I've got a lot of assignments to work on and they won't wait much longer. So I'll go ahead and say good night to everyone. It was fun! Which is more than I can say for the debate.

AndrewPrice said...

T-Rav, Tonight's winner was Obama.

I would say Romney won after that, and then Cain. The rest can frankly go #$%$ themselves.

AndrewPrice said...

No problem T-Rav. I need to write the summary.

Talk to everyone tomorrow.
